I find Alvin Plantinga a shallow, albeit quite a sophist in abstruse language and modal logic. He cavierly dismisses the argument from physical mind as shallow but to aver that he resorts to the argument from ignorance and begs the question of His attribute of disembodied mind. We only have evidence of embodied mind.
The presumption of naturalism is that Nature itself suffices to explain matters, and so the law of causality would be in force as cause before God could act such that perforce He couldn't be the First Cause!
